- Near-Real-Time Transcripts & Global Search: Transcripts can be available within 15 seconds of recording, and existing archives can be re-indexed on demand. All text is instantly searchable via global text search across all monitored stations, making it easy to locate commercials, news items, names, and keywords. Transcriptions are directly linked to the recordings, giving users instant access to the corresponding video or audio, as well as the option to export within seconds.
- Keyword Alerts: SML can alert you instantly when requested keywords are detected in the transcripts.
- Flexible Infrastructure: SML integrates with cloud AI platforms and on-premise engines (both commercial and open-source), allowing you to choose the setup that fits your requirements and your budget. The on-premise option runs on your infrastructure, and our team can handle configuration when needed.
- Language & Model Flexibility: Virtually all languages are supported. And you can run different LLMs against the same source to compare results and select one with the best performance for your content.
